What can you expect at an orientation?

-All of our orientations are free!

-THE TWO HOURS WILL BE STRUCTURED INTO A:

  • WELCOME FROM STAFF, OUTLINING SUMMER PROGRAMMING

  • SPLIT INTO TWO GROUPS

    • PARENTS WILL LEARN ABOUT THE NITTY GRITTY DETAILS OF THE SUMMER, INCLUDING REHEARSAL SCHEDULES, PAYMENT PLANS AND SCHOLARSHIP AND VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

    • KIDS WILL PARTICIPATE IN AN ACTING WORKSHOP LED BY OUR PROFESSIONAL STAFF. THIS WORKSHOP WILL EMPHASIZE ENSEMBLE-BUILDING, IMPROVISATION AND PHYSICAL AND VOCAL WORK.

  • Closing, in which parents and kids can reunite to fill out the production preference form, letting us know your top pick in show and any scheduling conflicts you might have over the summer. Please bring your calendar/summer schedule!
